Mario Morales is a Hospitality and Culinary Instructor for Impactful Bites at EntreNous Youth Empowerment Services, Inc. Impactful Bites is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in food safety, proper food handling, and food preparation—while also helping them earn industry-recognized certifications.
Before joining EntreNous, Mario served as General Manager and Executive Chef with Sodexo Corporate Services at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Los Angeles Branch. He brings years of hands-on leadership experience from high-volume, professional kitchens.
Mario earned an Associate of Vocational Studies from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, CA, and a FoodService Certificate from David L. Carrasco Job Corps in El Paso, TX. He is also a certified ProStart Educator, holds a Career Technical Education (CTE) Credential in Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation, and is an OSHA 10 General Industry Trainer, all of which support his mission to develop safe, skilled, and job-ready culinary professionals.
