The construction cohort, led by trainer Jonathan Ware, was hard at work earlier this month painting an acquisition-rehab home in Baldwin Park in partnership with San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity.
Mark Van Lue, Executive Director of SGV Habitat for Humanity, took to Facebook Live to showcase the renovations done on the Olive Street home that will be sold to a low income family. Viewers were also introduced to Mr. Ware who shared his own story and how it led him to serve and mentor the members of Compton YouthBuild.
